This VLAN is used to place the clients of this port,
when the clients fail the authentication and the
auth-failure-action is configured as 'restrict', so
the clients have limited access.
Refer to ruckusAuthPortFailAction object for
fail-action choices.
A value of zero for this object indicates no
Restrict Vlan is configured for this port on this
Ruckus device, so the global Restrict VLAN is used.
