column mandatory r/w OctetString 
If an SNMP trap is to be sent, it will be sent to
the SNMP community specified by this octet string.
In the future this table will be extended to include
the party security mechanism.  This object shall be
set to a string of length zero if it is intended that
that mechanism be used to specify the destination of
the trap.
