Enumeration
Current Channel Status:
normal: channel quality is within rdnSnrThresholdValue.
This is the optimum operational status of the channel.
impaired: channel quality is below rdnSnrThresholdValue.
The channel continues to operate is this state,
but is degraded.
If the channel remains in this state, it means
that the quality of the spare spectrum is inadequate
to allow a hop.
pending: This is the operational status of the channel pending
SNR signal quality assessment. The quality of the channel
is unknown in this state. A channel will remain in this
state, if no modems are registered and available for
performing SNR measurement. When modems are available,
then the channel will transition to either normal,
or impaired, based on the SNR measurement.
