The value of this object indicates the CIR rate for traffic that has been classified as Standard, a NNSC classification that is analogous to DSCP Standard, ToS Routine, or 802.1p user priority 0. This attribute reflects a guaranteed data rate for Standard (best effort) traffic. Traffic that conforms to cir is marked green and the rest of the traffic either marked yellow or red based on eir/pir usage and passed through the EIR and PIR token buckets. If rcCosProfileStandardCirUnits is set to 64kbps, this value cannot not exceed 15. If rcCosProfileStandardCirUnits is set to 100kbps, this value cannot not exceed 200.
