the source of the second failure.
Service is interrupted for 60 seconds on the radio
due to TKIP countermeasures having commenced.
The radio is identified by rbtwsApNum and rbtwsAPRadioNum.
An alternative way to identify the radio is rbtwsRadioMACAddress.
