Object
This object indicates the status of the VPN cross connect circuit state. A value of true indicates that the VPN circuit is connected with its remote site and attachment circuit is up (rbnMplsL2VpnLdpInputCctUp is true). A value of false indicates that the remote site is not presently connected, this mean that either the PSN is not reachable or the attachment circuit is down or signaling parameters mismatched.
