When this object is set to enabled, the NSSA Border router's rcOspfv3AreaNssTranslatorRole has been set to always. When this object is set to elected, a candidate NSSA Border router is translating type-7 LSAs into type-5. When this object is set to disabled, a candidate NSSA Border router is NOT translating type-7 LSAs into type-5.
