Used to indicate whether ports that are unconfigured
should be assigned to the 'isolated' VLAN.  Ports
assigned to the 'isolated' VLAN can only communicate
with the CP port.   If this option is not specified,
unconfigured ports will be assigned to the 'default'
VLAN
