Used to configure BFD on a particular interface. An entry is created automatically when the variable rcIpConfBfdEnable is set to TRUE. Once created this entry will only be deleted if the rcIpConfBfdRowStatus is set to 'destroy(6)'. In which case, the rcIpConfBfdEnable is automatically reset to the FALSE setting.
