The value field contains one or more Cluster Id numbers, each Cluster Id is represented in the octet string as 4 octets, each four octets is the IpAddress of the router acting as a route reflector.The Cluster Id numbers in the string beyond maximum size 255,if any, will not be recorded by this object.
