Enumeration
Define whether the partner should work with fast or slow timeout. Fast timeout means that LCAPDU is sent by the partner every 1 second whereas slow timeout means that LCAPDU is sent by the partner every 30 seconds. If no response comes from the partner after 3 LACPDUs should be received, a timeout event occurs, and the LACP state machine moves to the appropriate state based on its current state.
