OctetString
An array containing the AS numbers to prepend to the AS
path if there is a match. The length of each AS number is
given by bgpRouteMapSeAsPrependSize. This field is only
used if bgpRouteMapSeAsPrependCount is non-zero.
The count of AS numbers is given by
bgpRouteMapSeAsPrependCount.
This field can only be updated if the row is not active.
