This object indicates the operation mode of the port.
normal = bi-directional (Tx/Rx)
unidirectRx = unidirectional Rx.
broadcast = Tx upon request.
bidirBcastRing = Bidirectional Broadcast Ring. When this value is selected,
AND RTS=On, the port opens its transmission channel.
