Enumeration
This attribute indicates if Ethernet port of CL is enabled or not for management. It is applicable only on the ETH port of the CL, when the MP includes an ML-IP card. disabled - will happen when there is Inband Management via the ML-IP link/s enabled - will happen when ML-IP link/s is not used for Inband Management, but CL's ETH port .
