This table models the Proxy Care-of Addresses
configured on the egress interfaces of the mobile access
gateway. This address is the transport endpoint of the
tunnel between the local mobility anchor and the mobile
access gateway.
Entries in this table are not required to survive
a reboot of the managed entity.
