This variable specifies the maximum length of time difference in milliseconds between the timestamp in the received Proxy Binding Update message and the current time of day on the local mobility anchor that is allowed by the local mobility anchor for the received message to be considered valid. The default value for this variable is 300 milliseconds. This variable must be adjusted to suit the deployments.
