scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCPhysAddress 
This variable indicates the link-layer address value
that all the mobile access gateways should use on
any of the access links shared with any of the mobile
nodes in that Proxy Mobile IPv6 domain.  For access
technologies where there is no link-layer address,
this variable MUST be initialized with all zeroes.
