Enumeration
This object reflects the state of the Endpoint. When the endpoint is in notification, lockstep or values 'extended lockstep' states, the E-MTA MUST report the of notification(2), lockstep(3) or extendedlockstep( 4),respectively. Else, the endpoint MUST report a value of of normal(1). 'Extended Lockstep' is defined as the state when the E-MTA is in the lockstep state for longer than 2 minutes. For more description about the states refer to the PacketCable Network Based Call signaling specification.
