None-No summer time change.
Fixed-The summer time change goes into effect at
the specified time every year. For example,
April 15 at 1:00 pm.
Recurring-The summer time changes goes into effect
every year at same relative time. For example,
on the third week in April on a Tuesday at 1:00 pm.
