Object
This object configures the minimum transmission rate, in multiples of 64 kbits per second, for the associated DSL Line in bits-per-second (bps). If the minimum line rate equals the maximum line rate (pdnHdsl2ShdslSpanConfMaxLineRate), the line rate is considered `fixed'. If the minimum line rate is less than the maximum line rate, the line is considered `rate-adaptive'.
