The interval between packets.
Objects osProvRfc2544HistProbeInterval and osProvRfc2544HistRate MUST ALWAYS CORRESPOND 
TO EACH OTHER.
If osProvRfc2544Rate has been configured as equal to 0, then agent returns osProvRfc2544ProbeInterval
equal to osProvRfc2544HistProbeInterval.
If osProvRfc2544Rate has been configured as not equal to 0, then agent calculates interval
between packets, corresponding to osProvRfc2544Rate and returns it
as osProvRfc2544HistProbeInterval.
