If osProvRfc2544PrflProtocol is equal to l2Protocol(2), then osProvRfc2544TxPort may be defined
and used when osProvRfc2544CfgDstMac is absent in learning table (FDB) to determine the port,
from wich the requests are to be transmitted.
If osProvRfc2544PrflProtocol is equal to l3Protocol(5), then the test cannot be enabled if osProvRfc2544TxPort
is not equal to 0.
