S-VLAN - Service VLAN (also referred to as Provider VLAN). Obsolete by osEthServVcSVlanId, deperecated but is not deleted for backward compatibility. For UNI services this parameter means q-in-q tunneling tag stacking parameter. For all types of services it also serves as a prinary VLAN for OAM functions. The value 0 may be used only in E_NNI or I_NNI services.
