This attribute defines a period of time after which an
instance in the dot1agCfmMepDbTable is removed if a valid CCM has not
been received by the local MEP, i.e. Dot1agCfmRemoteMepState is set to
rMEPFailed for the period of time indicated by
osEthCcmMaCcmRMepAgingTime.
A value of zero indicates no aging will occur.
