modes can be:
   - None:    no security mode enabled.
   - dot1x:   802.1x authentication enabled.
   - mixed:   mixed WEP and 802.1x.
   - wpa:     WiFi Protected Access enabled.
   - wpa-psk: WiFi Protected Access with Preshared Keys enabled.
