The value corresponding to each overhead is as follows: E1: 0, F1: 1, D1: 2, D2: 3, D3: 4, X1: 5, X2: 6, K1: 7, K2: 8, D4: 9, X4: 10, D5: 11, D6: 12, D7: 13, D8: 14, D9: 15, D10: 16, D11: 17, D12: 18, X3: 19, E2: 20 0xff: invalid value, indicating the overhead is deleted.
