This object indicates the destination UDP/TCP port for the ACL
instance configured for the row.
This object is only valid if ostAclCfgProtocol is 'udp' or 'tcp'. It
is ignored otherwise. A value of '-1' indicates that there is no
ACL match criteria for the destination port field.
