The value of this object determines if
to generate different types of notifications for this MEP:
ccmRecovery(0) - Generate a nbEthOamCcmAlarm
notification when highestDefectPri<=fngPriority,
fngState=FNG_DEFECT_CLEARING and fngWhile=0.
This notification will be sent to the management entity
whenever a MEP restores contact with one or more other MEPs.
ccmFault(1) - Generate a nbEthOamCcmAlarm
notification with nbEthOamTrapCcmAlarmType(1).
The conditions of this notification is the same as for
dot1agCfmFaultAlarm.
This notification will be sent to the management entity
whenever a MEP loses contact with one or more other MEPs.
