column mandatory r/w Enumeration 
The object is used to create/delete entries in the
oaDifSrPermFlowDescrTable table.
Setting this value to invalid(2) for a certain
oaDifSrPermFlowDescrId, deletes this entry.
To create a new entry a SET PDU with the
oaDifSrPermFlowDescrEntry and value = valid(1)
objects is required.
