Object
The Request ID used to register this client with its
server. According to Section 5.2.3 of the NHRP
Specification, RFC 2332 [17], the Request ID must
be kept in non-volatile storage, so that if an NHC
crashes and re-initializes, it will use a different
Request ID during the registration process
when reregistering with the same NHS.
