If the value of 'nhrpCacheHoldingTimeValid is
true(1) then this object represents the number
of seconds that the cache entry will remain in this
table.  When this value reaches 0 (zero) the row should
be deleted.
              
If the value of 'nhrpCacheHoldingTimeValid is
false(2) then this object is undefined.
