The VLAN-ID assigned to this entry. Only entries with a VLAN-ID greater
then 0 are valid entries.
Setting a valid VLAN-ID to 0 will disable that entry and also delete the
vlanDescr
To add a new VLAN-ID first set an valid or non valid entry to the
desired	VLAN-ID. In a second step you may set the vlanDescr.
Only VLAN-ID's listed in the vlanTable are forwarded by the switch.
