Three-bit user priority field in the 802.1Q tag header of a tagged Ethernet frame used as a class-match parameter. For frames containing a double VLAN tag, this field is located in the first/outer tag. A value of -1 indicates that a specific COS value has not been defined and thus all COS values are considered a match.
