Shutdown Timeout
Maximum delay, in seconds, allowed for the VM to stop after
an ACPI powerdown command. If this delay expires before the
VM has stopped completely by itself, the VM is forced to
stop.
The Operating System in the VM must support ACPI to properly
shutdown, otherwise the VM is forced to stop after this
timeout expires.
