Digit map the user can dial to disable the call waiting service.
This service is cancelled on a per-call basis.
This digit map must follow the syntax for digit maps as declared in the digit
maps MIB.
Note that dialing this digit map will not have any effect unless the Call
Waiting service's status is 'enabled'.
