Default Maximum Session Expiration Delay
Suggested maximum time for the periodical session refreshes.
This value is reflected in the Session-Expires header.
Increasing the maximum helps to reduce network traffic, but
also makes 'dead' calls longer to detect.
This value is expressed in seconds (s).
