Destination Port
Destination port of the incoming packet using the following
format: port[-port].
MinPort-MaxPort specifies a port range.
The default empty string means that no filtering is applied on
the destination port thus matching any port.
This parameter is only effective when the DNatRules.Protocol
parameter is set to Tcp or Udp.
