  * Disable: The endpoint uses the default configuration as
    defined in the DefaultCodecXCCDVoiceEnable,
    DefaultCodecXCCDVoicePriority, DefaultCodecXCCDDataEnable
    , DefaultCodecXCCDDataPriority,
    DefaultCodecXCCDPayloadType, DefaultCodecXCCDMinPTime and
    DefaultCodecXCCDMaxPTime.
  * Enable: The endpoint uses the specific configuration as
    defined in the EpSpecificCodecXCCD.VoiceEnable,
    EpSpecificCodecXCCD.VoicePriority,
    EpSpecificCodecXCCD.DataPriority,
    EpSpecificCodecXCCD.DataPriority,
    EpSpecificCodecXCCD.PayloadType,
    EpSpecificCodecXCCD.MinPTime and
    EpSpecificCodecXCCD.MaxPTime.
