Enumeration
The operational state of the group.
It reflect the group's internal state. There are
certain conditions that affect the internal state of
a group.
Enabled : the group is operationally functional.
Disabled : the group is operationally non-functional due
to an internal condition that would not allow it
to participate in normal operation.
