Post-Dial number modification. This leaf specifies
a string to look for and remove, from the end of
the dialed number. This can be especially helpful
if one of your digit maps contains a terminating
character that must not be dialed.
For example, a digit map such as '25#' in which the
'#' signals that the user has finished entering
digits. If, for some reason, you wish to remove the
'#', simply specify '#' in this leaf and the
resulting number will be '25'.
Also see digitMapPrefixedDigitRemovalCount and
digitMapPrependedString.
This rule is applied AFTER applying
digitMapPrefixedDigitRemovalCount but BEFORE
applying digitMapPrependedString.
