Determines the CPE behavior when receiving a UDP connection
request message.
          
  * Enable: Allow any UDP connection request without
    authentication. This behavior goes against the UDP
    Connection Request described by TR-069 Amendment-2
    specification.
  * Disable: Force the authentication of a UDP connection
    request.
