genEquipTrapCfgMgrSeverityFilter

This is a bit mask value for masking traps according to its severity.
There is a bit for each severity. If the relevant bit is on (1),
the Agent will send traps with this severity. It won't send traps if the
bit is off (0).
The list of bits from LSB to MSB:
		Bit 1 (LSB)	- indeterminate
		Bit 2		- critical
		Bit 3		- major
		Bit 4		- minor
		Bit 5		- warning
		Bit 6		- cleared
