An object that allows entries in this table to
be created and deleted using the
RowStatus convention.
              
If the value of the object
'mplsLdpEntityOptionalParameters' contains the
value of 'frameRelaySessionParameters(3)' then
there must be at least one corresponding entry
in this table.
              
NOTE:  This RowStatus object should
have the same value of the 'mplsLdpEntityRowStatus'
related to this entry.
