0 min: TCP connection will not be closed when the
TCP connection is idle.
1 to 99 min: The NPort W2x50A series device server
automatically closes the TCP connection if there is
no TCP activity for the given time. After the
connection is closed, the NPort W2x50A series
		device server starts listening for another TCP Connection.
