0 min: TCP connection will not be closed when the
TCP connection is idle.
1 to 99 min: The NPort IAW5x50A_IO series device server
automatically closes the TCP connection if there is
no TCP activity for the given time. After the
connection is closed, the NPort IAW5x50A_IO series device 
server starts connecting again.
