SNMPv2-TCMacAddress
Indicate the flow ID of a PQoS flow. The flow ID is a valid
multicast Ethernet MAC address that uniquely identifies a PQoS
flow in a MoCA Network.
The recommended rules for generation of the flow ID are
specified in MoCA Spec 1.1.
