The actual state of source routing.
If ringswitchSRAdminState is 'disabled' then this
state will be inactive. If ringswitchSRAdminState is
'enabled' then this state should be 'active', but if
for some reason the Ringswitch is unable to perform
source routing then this state will be 'inactive'.
