If this variable is set to enable the system will
only forward broadcast-addressed IPX RIP and SAP
Response frames to those ports that have recently
sourced such a frame. This reduces the number of 
gratuitous frames sent out on LANs that only 
have IPX workstations attached.
A value of disable causes no special action to be 
taken for such frames.
