Object
The administrative state for the channel.
down - The channel is blocked, i.e. the cross
connection to addDrop i/f removed.
The channel is blocked on the line.
up - The channel can be used. If a cross connection
to an addDrop i/f exists, it will be connected.
This attribute can be written via SNMP.
