Install a new configuration file.
          
The file can either be fetched from a
remote server or installed from local
directory.
          
There are 3 cases:
          
1. Remote server. Give server addr and full path
          
   installConfigFile <ip-addr>/<full path>
          
   installConfigFile 192.168.10.27/tftp/config.xml
          
2. From a local directory
          
  installConfigFile <full path>
          
  installConfigFile /root/config.xml
          
3. From the local download directory
   /tftpboot/downloaded
          
  installConfigFile <file name>
          
  installConfigFile config.xml
          
The file will be installed as an deactivated
configuration file, activate manually.
